From the beginning to the end, I had the best experience with Kristi. She thoroughly explained the process, letting me choose the pigment color, as well as choosing the best brow shape for me. Throughout the entire appointment, she frequently had me look in the mirror, as to assure I was pleased with the process. She was caring and patient with me, so I understand what she was doing. I had the same experience with her when she did my eyeliner and lips.
